"I am too Young to Quit Politics"- Gen Buhari

The Former Head of state and the defeated presidential candidate of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in 2011, Major-General Muhammed Buhari (retd), yesterday in Lagos declared that he is still too young to leave party politics. Buhari was born in 1943.

Buhari was receiving Silverbird Television's "Man of the Year' award at Eko Hotel in Lagos declared that "he is too young to quit politics", and added that what Nigeria lacked was good leadership and that is his reason to continue to striving to serve the nation.

Major Gen Buhari will be 73 in 2015 when the next presidential election will be held.
