THe Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Keystone Bank Limited, Mr. Oti Ikomi has resigned from the bank.
A statement from the bank said Mr. Ikomi who tendered his resignation on Thursday, October 11, 2012, said his decision was based on personal reasons.
The bank was granted licence on August 5, 2011 by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and is wholly owned by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).
The Chairman of Keystone Bank, Mr. Moyo Ajekigbe, has convened a meeting for today to review the development and appoint a successor.”
