The ailing governor of Taraba State, Dambaba Suntai, is truly sick but his condition may not be beyond repair. During the swearing in of his newly appointed cabinet members on Wednesday he was still seen looking blank but at the end of the exercise he spoke for a few minutes. See the video below:
