Breaking! Basketmouth Takes Comedy To The Sky

Virgin Atlantic Airways entertains passengers with stand-up Comedy at 30,000 feet.
Virgin Atlantic Airways is celebrating Nigeria 53rd Independence Day in style by putting on a special comedy show in the sky.

Embracing the spirit for which Sir Richard Branson’s airline is known, Virgin Atlantic has taken entertainment to new heights by inviting Nigeria’s finest comedian Basket Mouth to give a live and exclusive show to passengers on board the Lagos to London Flight on 2nd October. To celebrate the huge popularity of comedy in Nigeria, passengers in all three cabins were entertained by this first of its kind stand-up comedy show 30,000 feet above the ground.

Sir Richard Branson, Virgin Atlantic founder and president said:
“The Virgin Atlantic spirit is all about shaking things up and doing things a little differently. We like to give our passengers a truly unforgettable flying experience and having Basket Mouth on board today’s flight is another example of us doing things that other airlines wouldn’t even think of. It’s also a fantastic way to celebrate Nigerian Independence Day.”

Being the first airline to offer live on-board comedy is one of the many ways we fly in the face of ordinary.
Virgin Atlantic Airways wishes Nigerians a Happy Independence Day!!!
