10 year old boy saves dad and grandma by dialing 911 when they overdosed on drugs

A Pennsylvania 10-year-old saved the lives of his dad and grandmother by dialing 911 after they overdosed on heroin, police said.
The boy, who looked on as his relatives were shooting up the drug in their New Brighton home, called the emergency services after seeing his father collapse.
Authorities say he contacted police at 7 p.m. last Saturday after finding 34-year-old Chad Steven Kiser passed out in the bathroom.
Just moments later, he spotted his grandmother, Ginger Ray Foust, 52, who was also unconscious, and dialed 911 again.
The Beaver County Times reports both his grandmother and father were revived by paramedics.
Cops then arrested and charged them with endangering the welfare of a child.
The boy, who is now in custody of social services, said his relatives were trying to overcome their drug addictions.
The Times added that there was no food in the apartment.
But a pipe, scale, mirror and silver tube for inhaling controlled substances were discovered.
