IN REALITY THE PERSON OF JESUS

The person of Jesus has caused a lot of controversies over 2000 years. It began from a town called Nazareth 2,000 years ago when a child was born and this child was not ordinary, he was God coming to his own creation as flesh, but this is too big for the ordinary mind to believe, you have to be spiritually minded to read further. The Bible which is the manual for life given by God to fine tune the existence and day to day living on earth show us more of the person of Jesus. So in this article we are going to be giving you facts from the Bible.

  The Bible in the gospel according to John  said and I quote

"In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him and without Him was not any thing made that was made". John 1 : 1 -2.

In the scripture above “THE WORD” means the out spoken word of God, meaning the word proceeding out of the mouth of the father, you can relate this to Genesis 1 : 3     

And God said, "Let there be light: and there was light"

It was his word that produces the light - you can read all through the first chapter of the book of Genesis and see the power of the spoken word of God, His word directed the cause of life and called all things into existence. Why taking you through all these? Yes you may have to understand something before we talk about JESUS.

Now let look into the story of the man named JESUS real quick, some persons think JESUS was first in Heaven living his life and one day God asked who will save my people on Earth and Jesus answered and said father send me i will go… NO a thousand times NO, Jesus did not pre-exist before his birth.  JESUS was the word of God made flesh… THE WORD we have talked about earlier, THE WORD from the beginning, the word that created the heavens and the earth. JESUS was that word from the beginning, lets back this up with scriptures

And THE WORD was made flesh and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the father,) full of grace and truth. John 1 : 14

 Lets check out the above two scriptures, in Genesis it read

“in the beginning was THE WORD and the WORD was with God and the WORD was God.”  

 And now John 1 : 14 is telling us

“THE WORD was made flesh and dwelt among us”.

 You need to have insight into reality to be able to digest this, I mean this is too powerful  for the ordinary mind to digest. Believe it or not JESUS IS LORD.
